About

We built this to audit our own account.

It found enough that we opened it up.

FeeBulldog did not start as a business. It started as a set of scripts for reconciling our own FBA account, because the numbers were not adding up and the existing services were charging 25% to tell us about a fraction of it.

We sell physical products on Amazon. We have shipped the pallets, argued the denied claims, watched a mismeasured carton quietly eat the margin on a good SKU for months, and had a reimbursement service invoice us a quarter of a recovery we had already flagged ourselves. Every design decision here comes out of that.

Three things we believe

The window changed, and the industry did not.

When Amazon cut the claim window from eighteen months to sixty days in late 2024, recovery stopped being an audit and became a monitoring job. Most of the category still sells the audit. We run the monitor.

Fee errors matter more than anyone admits.

Lost inventory is a one-time loss. A wrong measurement is a recurring one, charged on every order until somebody corrects the record. It is less exciting than a five-figure inventory claim and it is usually worth more.

25% was always too much.

Especially now, when the recoverable pool is smaller and the work is more automatable than it was. We charge 10% because the tooling makes it viable, and because taking a quarter of a seller's own money back is a hard thing to justify twice.

Why a bulldog: not because it barks. Because it does not let go.
