Pricing

10% of what we recover. That is the whole price.

No monthly software fee. No setup fee. No minimum. No contract. If Amazon does not pay you, we do not invoice you.

10%
of recovered funds — and nothing else

What everyone else charges

Most of this industry sits at 25%, priced for an era when a single 18-month back-audit could surface one very large number. That era ended in October 2024. A few services have come down since.

FeeBulldog
10%

No minimum. Fee-overcharge recovery and packaging redesign included.

TrueOps
10%

Same rate as us, with a small monthly minimum.

Helium 10 managed
15–18%

Depending on which subscription plan you are on.

GETIDA, Threecolts,
Refunds Manager, DimeTyd
~25%

The long-standing standard rate, before negotiation.

Publicly advertised rates as of August 2026, and they change. Check current terms yourself before deciding — we would rather you did.

We are not going to pretend 10% is unique

It isn't. At least one other service charges the same, and a couple sit in the middle. If price were the only question, this would be a coin toss.

Here is the part that actually differs. The two services with genuine fee-overcharge products — Threecolts and DimeTyd — both call it "Fee Protector" and both charge extra for it, on top of their 25%. The biggest names in the category do not mention dimensions or measurement anywhere at all.

For us that is not an add-on. It is the lead product, it is included, and so is the packaging analysis that stops the overcharge recurring. That is where the money still is, and charging separately for it would be a strange way to prove we believe that.

What 10% includes

  • Full initial audit of everything still inside your claim window
  • Daily monitoring and reconciliation from day one
  • Claim preparation, documentation, and filing
  • Appeals on wrongly denied claims
  • Remeasurement requests and dimension corrections
  • Monthly recovery report
  • Fee-Proof Design catalog modeling — included, not extra
  • A human who answers your email

Yes, the prevention side is free for clients. Once we are auditing your account we already hold your dimensions, weights and velocity, so modeling your catalog against the tier boundaries costs us very little. And a seller whose fees are permanently lower is a seller who stays. How Fee-Proof Design works.

Standalone Fee-Proof Design, without a recovery engagement, is a flat project fee scoped to catalog size — no commission, no percentage of projected savings.

Four commitments, in writing

Commitment 01

Clawbacks come back to you

If Amazon reverses a reimbursement after paying it, our commission on that amount is credited to you on the next invoice. We do not keep a fee on money you did not end up keeping.

Commitment 02

We only bill for our own work

Reimbursements Amazon would have issued automatically, with no involvement from us, are not billable and are excluded from your invoice.

Commitment 03

Nothing expires while we hold it

Every finding is filed inside its window. If we find something and let the deadline lapse through our own delay, we do not invoice for it if it is later recovered.

Commitment 04

You leave with your data

Cancel and you keep the full findings history, every claim record, and the packaging analysis. No hostage-taking, no export fee, no exit interview.

Larger sellers

Above roughly $5M in annual FBA revenue, get in touch. Rates come down at volume, and you get a named analyst rather than a queue. Agencies and aggregators managing multiple seller accounts: we do white-label and revenue share — talk to us.

Questions people actually ask

When am I invoiced?

Monthly, after Amazon has actually processed and paid a recovery into your account. Not when we file. Not when a claim is approved. When the money is yours.

What counts as "recovered"?

Funds Amazon pays or credits to your account as a direct result of a claim we filed or an error we identified and corrected. Automatic reimbursements Amazon would have issued on its own, with no involvement from us, do not count and are not billed.

What if Amazon claws a reimbursement back later?

It happens occasionally — Amazon sometimes reverses a reimbursement if a unit is later found. If that happens, our commission on it is credited back to you on the next invoice.

Do you charge for forward savings?

No. When we get a measurement corrected and your fees drop going forward, that saving is entirely yours. We are only paid on recovered dollars, even though the forward fix is often worth more.

Is there a contract?

No term commitment. You revoke API access from your own Seller Central account whenever you like. We invoice for recoveries already paid up to that point, and that is the end of it.

What if you find nothing?

You pay nothing, and you have a clean audit of your account for free. That is a genuinely fine outcome for you.
