What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, email address, store name, and the business details you enter on our audit form.
Amazon seller account data, accessed with your authorization through Amazon's Selling Partner API on a read-only basis. This includes fee reports, inventory and adjustment records, order and return data, removal and storage records, and settlement reports.
Basic site analytics: pages viewed and approximate region. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
How we use it
To identify recoverable amounts in your account, prepare and file claims on your behalf, appeal denials, report results to you, and invoice for recoveries. We also use aggregated, de-identified patterns to improve our detection logic.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with other sellers. We do not use your product, pricing, or sales data to inform any competing commercial activity. We do not request or store your Seller Central password.
Who we share it with
Amazon, when filing claims on your behalf. Service providers that operate our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use the data only to provide those services. Anyone else only where required by law.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to support open or reversed claims and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your control
You can revoke FeeBulldog's API access from your own Seller Central account at any time, without contacting us. You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion by emailing hello@feebulldog.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to personnel who need it to do the work. We do not store payment card details.
