The service
FeeBulldog reviews your Amazon seller account for fee errors and reimbursement opportunities, prepares and submits claims on your behalf, and reports the results to you. We act as your authorized agent for claim submission and for nothing else.
Your authorization
By granting API access you authorize us to read your account data and to submit claims, fee investigations, and remeasurement requests on your behalf. You confirm you are authorized to grant that access, and that the cost documentation you provide is accurate. You may revoke access at any time.
Fees
We charge 10% of amounts recovered as a result of our work. Invoices are issued monthly for recoveries Amazon has actually paid or credited. Amounts Amazon would have reimbursed automatically without our involvement are not billable. If Amazon reverses a recovery, the corresponding commission is credited back to you.
No guarantee
Recovery outcomes are determined by Amazon and its policies, which change without notice. We do not guarantee any particular recovery amount, approval rate, or timeline. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific result.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and supplier cost documentation when requested. Do not submit duplicate claims for the same events through another service or directly, as duplicates can be denied and can create account issues.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or actions taken by Amazon against your account.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time, with no notice period and no penalty. You revoke API access; we invoice for recoveries already paid.

FeeBulldog is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
